How it works

Midas detects ferromagnetic material concentration
down to unprecedented levels and provides
repeatable and accurate results. Midas provides a
mass proportional output from any size of ferrous
contaminant particles down to less than 1 micrometre
in diameter. Simply place a lubricant sample in a
standard 2ml laboratory tube, place the sample tube
into the sensor opening on the unit and a debris
reading is displayed.
